Did Reactor 4 catch FIRE? NEW video w/ Arnie Gunderson!

[link to youtu.be]

"There's an enormous amount of data collected in these 5 hours and all of it is on the Sandia site which we linked to/from the Fairewinds site. The first video shows a bundle immediately before the heat was applied. Shortly after, it's the same bundle, the heat is on, and it's already beginning to smoke. A little further on is the bundle, again, smoking considerably. Well, where's there smoke there is fire. The last one in the sequence shows the bundle on fire. Now, what you're seeing is zircaloy burning in air. There was no match applied to start this fire, it just got hot enough so that it began to combust of its own volition - in air.

Now it is even worse than that. The Japanese put all of their nuclear fuel from this latest core offload in a very confined space in the pool.

So the Japanese have about 2 weeks in the event of the fuel pool cooling system fails to fix it.

The real problem is if there is an earthquake."

In 2003 and 2010, the ECRR released recommendations on radiation risk assessment methods."

"AUGUST 15, 2012

Let the Counting Begin
Fukushima’s Nuclear Casualties
by JOSEPH MANGANO
It’s been nearly 18 months since the disastrous nuclear meltdown at Fukushima. There have been many reports on the huge amounts of radioactivity escaping into the air and water, unusually high levels in air, water, and soil – along with atypically high levels of toxic chemicals in food – that actually “passed” government inspection and wasn’t banned like some other food.

Conspicuously absent are reports on effects of radiation exposure on the health of the Japanese people. Have any health officials publicly announced post-March 2011 numbers on fetal deaths, infant deaths, premature births, birth defects, cancer, or other health conditions? The answer so far is an emphatic “no.”

The prolonged silence doesn’t mean data doesn’t exist. Japanese health officials have been busy with their usual duties of collecting and posting statistics on the Internet for public inspection. It’s just that they aren’t calling the public’s attention to these numbers. Thus, it is the public who must find the information and figure out what it means. After locating web sites, translating from Japanese, adding data for each of 12 months, and making some calculations, mortality trends in Japan after Fukushima are emerging."

What the hell?

What are all of those strange orange flashes off to the right around 2:18? See all of that smoke/vapor coming from that vent on the left? Then something that looks like fog rolls across the screen from right to left of a couple of times.

I'm baffled. I don't know if this vid is sped up or what, but those seconds sure are going by a good clip!

yes, but it's all from last year.
that's when it happened
from 11/03/11 onwards

lets go back and talk about exactly what happens when all redundancy systems fail at a nuclear power plant and all power it lost, resulting in a total station blackout with no option to provide emergency power for weeks

oh yeah! they fucking blow up!!!!

There is no "Fire", no "Smoke" and no "Explosions"!

Arnie just spend a bit of Time to explain what would
happen "in the case" the Japanese are not able to cool
the Pool, in the same moment he mentioned that he doubt
that the Japanese are unable to fix it,
his Concern is a strong Earthquake that kill the Pool!

He do not say: SFP Nr. 4 is on Fire!!!

In the other Video you see Fog(gium) and maybe some Thunder
or a Ship in the Sea,
but nothing else

Can Spent Fuel Pools Catch Fire?

About this video
In this Fairewinds’ feature, Fairewinds Associates Chief Engineer Arnie Gundersen analyzes a US government national laboratory simulation video that shows nuclear spent fuel rods do catch fire when exposed to air. This simulation video proves Fairewinds’ assertions that nuclear fuel rods can catch fire when exposed to air, and Arnie discusses the ramifications of this phenomena if the Fukushima Daiichi Unit 4 spent fuel pool were to lose cooling water.

The Sandia National Laboratories video in its entirety can be seen here.

This is maybe your Opinion
but not my!

There is no Evidence that the Pool burned or exploded
or all of our estimations are wrong!
(the spreading of Radiation, the different Isotopes,
the Duration of such a Fire, etc., etc.!

What you, maybe, saw was burning Machinery, Oils and/or Fats!

Anyway, you should, at least, watch the Arnie Video

As long as the fuel is under water, we're cool. Problems will arise quickly if the pool leaks and exposes the assemblies. The zircaloy encasement of the fuel pins will burn when exposed to air. Heat warping of the assemblies will make them more likely to react with each other causing intermittent criticalities..
None of this is good news if it happens.
