The U.S defense intelligence agency estimated that they had 65 to 80 weapons deployed (mid 90's) and official estimates were for the capability to have produced enough weapons grade material to produce from 70-400 weapons. This is the high/low estimate from their Dimona Facility. This info comes from declassified us intelligence that came out in 2004
