They have nukes. There is doubt about it and they were paid by the American taxpayers.
They also have a system called the Samson Option since the 60's; nukes pointed at European's largest cities. They will be used when/if Israel is about to get destroyed.
There is a reason why Israel is the 4th most powerful nation on Earth.
I think they are gonna use them during our lifetimes. We may not have to wait that long anymore.

I have NEVER heard Israel threaten to use nuclear weapons on anyone.
