I don't see in the article where they tested with underground nuclear explosions which is hoe nukes are tested.

I'm not convinced. The article says the French helped them with technology and they stole Uranium from America. That doesn't add up to weapons.

They have nukes. There is doubt about it and they were paid by the American taxpayers.
They also have a system called the Samson Option since the 60's; nukes pointed at European's largest cities. They will be used when/if Israel is about to get destroyed.
