no they aren't - that's why they attacked the USS Liberty during the war with Egypt. They didn't want us to 'hear' their nukes going off and all that EM energy.
Isn't it obvious? USS Liberty was a signals intelligence ship and could not have missed a nuke detonation. Israel was losing at the time; so they dropped a few tactical nukes (probably neutron) on the Egyptians. Either that or the nukes were buried there ahead of time.
Either that or it was GWEN radiation they used, which interferes with human cognition. Either way they have weapons they don't want us to know about.
