You are right I might not have PhD in how the governmental system works in US, but I think I do know something about how politics are handled in US. I am honestly surprised how you see no trouble in the fact that you as a nation don't any longer decide whether you go into battle or not, your great nation was once much revered for it's high-esteem and sense of morality, now it's widely despised for it's vanity, lack of morality and self-righteousness.
