It sure doesn't seem like the majority of Americans give two shits about this matter. If the detaining of Raub was meant to inflame people, it isn't showing.

he was trying to be a revaloutionary... i think inciting a revolution is illegal! he was former military and he said he seen in the ruble of the WTC a thermite cutting charge and had pics posted on his facebook. I think the FBI was private messageing him, .. becausee he posted his adress so i think they where messin with him but theres no record on his FB wall just him posting his address like some 1 privately asked for it

Medical records are protected by HIPPA laws...we don't know if this guy is a complete nutbag. And if they release him prematurely and he shoots up a school or a theater you guys will be the first to say, they should have known...why did they let this nut loose on the public...your damned if you do and damned if you don't. You have to be a little nuts to threaten to kill people on your FB page...do any of you?

Black Panthers standing outside polling booths threatening voters is not punished by the government. Videotaped making threats, but "not a crime" in Nappyholder land. A former Marine who recognizes the need for America to return to its Constitutional self, is a lunatic and danger.

...never apply logic ..it hurts...see a young man who was having a mental issue ALSO and seperate from that, posted some items on FB..we may never know,but i would suspect he may have made a phone call, or said something that caused someone concern...NOT due to his FB post...when contacted by authorities he showed signs of someone having reality issues, for HIS safety and the safety of others, a 72hr mental eval was requested and granted...I have read his full FB post, it's the usual GLP bill of rights...pretty meaningless,very general and not that interesting..no threats to anyone...but we need DOOM, FEAR, BIG BROTHER..so we have a slice...little tea and enjoy..but DON'T think..just feel...

Seems there were also some postings in a private Facebook group but those haven't been released.

Also the man said he was about to start a revolution, not to mention him posting about "rising up and taking the country back" and saying he would do it all himself if he had to.

He wasn't just posting political rants, posting that he was disgusted with the government, he was basically saying he was getting ready to go to war with the government.

That's illegal, he is lucky he is not in prison and indicted. There are ways to go about bringing change to our government and it's not waging war against them.

He was NEVER arrested. He was taken in for questioning and now has been committed for mental evaluation.

If everyone wanted to take the country back like he does, we wouldn't be in the situation we are in. The way this guy was speaking is the way every American should be speaking if they are actually paying attention and value their freedom.

Taken against his will? Not many people that are being investigated by the police go willingly. The police have the right to detain someone for a certain amount of time for questioning, as they should have the right to do. Most criminals don't just come in and tell the cops what they did.

So taken against his will? No, he was legally taken in for questioning.

No it is NOT the way every American should be speaking. We need to take our country back and we need to do it the way it was set up to do, at the voting booth. This man is nuts and was talking about violence.
