So put down my book and closed my eyes and tried to relax and it just got stronger so I let go and my body became consumed by this white and purple energy and so on and so on. And then I was inside this plamsa ball of white light that go shot in to the cosmos so fast its to hard to explain and to long but I ended up some where and it lasted too about 5 minutes maybe longer.
