Massive sinkhole 12 stories deep opens near elementary school

More sinkhole DOOM.....

This is the second sinkhole near the school recently.


The first sinkhole destroyed a pool adjacent to their property. Students weren't allowed on the playground for two and a half months while crews put up a fence and engineers did work on the property.

If i had kids, NO WAY would they be going to school there until a geography study of the area was done to see wtf the deal is.

That's what gets me. Do they actually think regularly occurring sinkholes now, are normal? And 12 stories deep? Holy shit!

There is something going on. I don't think is just a coincidence. Something is happening to the earth's crust. There are far too many sinkholes occurring on a weekly basis to say it's normal.

They appear to be happening all over the world.

So scary. I read on the news a little over a year ago, I forget where it was, where a sinkhole open up under some guy's kitchen right under where he was standing, and it sucked him in and they never found him. Gad!

what is happening is called crustal water diaplacement, as the crust shifts by sheer motion it forces water into a vast network of underground tunnels and caverns that then undermine the already weak foundation at certain points along the surface.

I stopped looking for links at that point, I'm sure there are many more. I saw one from here in Canada, but the article said a landslide caused the sinkhole, which in turn shut down the backroad highway. Perhaps the same thing caused the landslide as is causing the sinkholes? Haha, wouldn't it be shitty if there is a giant sinkhole underneath where the landslide happened?
