Plus that reactor is defueled. So technically a destroyed cooling system means sweet fuck all when no fuel in the reactor needs to be cooled. Im not downplaying the situation, but you need to think twice and read twice before you post. was #4 empty...as is decommissioned? or just in cold shutdown? i believe #4 was in cold shutdown. read up on what cold shutdown is....it's far from what one would think.
