in all seriousness though, the constitution should be restored

The citizens must have all of their rights restored and the Gov should have NO power not explicitly laid out and explained in the Constitution. Some people just don't get that though....they want someone to tell them what is moral and good....or they want someone to be their nanny and take care of them.  Yes! Exactly. Right now the government is involved in soo many aspects of our lives in which the constitution gives them no authority to be in. Very very limited government. I do believe the government does have a roll....to protect our life, liberty, and property. Other than that, they can get the hell out of my way and off my back. Yep, they create all the alphabet organizations to police and control the people while they break the law in the "hallowed halls" that are "above the law". I don't recall ever being able to vote or give my opinion on the creation of any of these organizations yet I am bled for taxes to pay for them. "But your representatives voted for it"...well he should have asked first. I agree, the Gov is supposed to be here to "protect" our freedom, property and rights...not to systematically strip them away. I think we see eye to eye on all this. I completely agree with everything you have said! Libertarian policies will save this country some day.
