Correct on both accounts however the collapse won't be what you expect.

Some will win and some will loose Yes, me thinks the writing on the wall has to do with the ACTUAL amount of currency in circulation and the DIGITAL amount (fake amount that can be "forgiven"). Those who hold CASH, not in a bank, but in their hot hands will benefit, those who left it in banks or accounts will get the shaft. They may get a ratio payout, or nothing... Yes this is what I meant by debt exchange/nullification. Many countries own each others debts and in fact you would be surprised at how much A owns of B and B owns of A. These can be exchanged and nullified thus reducing the debt of the countries. There will also be a private debt forgiveness component however it's not clear exactly what that will look like but it seems as though unsecured debt is being considered (Not cars, mortgages...).
