Yeah, you can do that with your spirit already while alive, its called Astral Projection / Out of Body Experiences. You are able to travel to any place, and any time, any where in the Universe.

i am looking forward to watching the vid thank you. I have long believed in the possibilities and realities of time travel and inter-dimensional travel, not least of all as I believe I've done it - in the astral and in lucid dreaming also. I know one has to be careful about giving TOO much credence to dreams (although I do think dream work is a crucial part of spiritual growth and personal development, while the astral is a different matter again), but i am intrigued by the unusual turn those dreams took of late. Time travel is a tricky subject for some people, but when I first had my spiritual awakening it was made clear to me from the start that time has no meaning in that dimension, space neither, and anyone who's astrally projected knows that these barriers just don't exist in the same way - think it, will it and you're there....interesting subject!!

Ah, I was too quick posting, sorry, you already said it. What you say is true, I also have had this experience, it's incredible how far you can get. I have been right back to Atlantis, although it was kind of a mistake as I never expected anything to happen and what took place at the gateway gave me an indescribable shock I was scared almost out of my wits. The next day I had a lightening flash to the crown that nearly killed me. I guess that sounds dramatic, well it was! I wouldn't recommend this journey even though it made for a good story afterwards...still, the point about time/space in the astral is undoubtedly true, though it takes enormous amounts of energy and can burn you out, as it did with me in the end as i haven't always been impeccable in my day to day living and practices.

Actually I heard that travel to the past is somehow paradoxical and you can't change things in the way you might reasonably imagine is possible. I don't know how this is so, but it makes sense as otherwise things would be about a million times more chaotic than they are already. However, it is my view that agents of control HAVE been trying to change the past, or somehow split dimensions or aspects of consciousness off from the unified whole. I'm sorry that this probably sounds woolly and unscientific, I am struggling a bit to convey the feeling I have about this, which is something that occurred to me within the past year and I'm still pondering.

I am intersted in your visit to Atlantis, can you tell us about it? How it looked and anything else that you remember?

yes I don't mind telling you, thank you for asking - I didn't experience a lot of scenes there but I remember pretty much every detail because i was hyper conscious. Whenever I am in the astral (not that often by the way, this is very extraordinary by my own standards to have gone so far like this) I make a specific effort to look for details so I can remember and research after.

I have a blog and if you don't mind can I ask you to read it there, just as there is a lot of detail and I already wrote it all out. The actual experience happened in August 2008, I'm pretty sure August 18 as it was just after my birthday, but the blog date is in 2010. I haven't embellished at all in the story, I wrote it journalistically, although it may sound as if I have done that for dramatic effect - seriously one doesn't need to sensationalise this type of experience. It's in a few sections, here they are in order. At this time of my life I was intensively engaged with meditation work in both a dedicated spiritual group and with individual study partners. I also want to say I am Christian with my belief, even though this may not appear to fit in with mainstream Christianity:

The ancient script I showed with this last post is the nearest approximation to what I saw that I could find when I searched online for ancient alphabets after all this happened. Another small point is that one person I told suggested that the woman I encountered there, who would not show her full face, may have been me in a past life and hid herself to stop me having a shock I couldn't handle.

One last thing, which is quite amusing. My study partner, who I fell out with for suggesting this to me, as I felt he'd endangered my life and led me up a wrong spiritual road, afterwards said he'd actually meant the Atlantis Bookshop, which is a famous London bookshop that happens to be in the opening scene of Mark Hedsel's biography of an initiate, The Zelator....it was typical of me at this time that I went totally overboard and instead of going into London for a browse in this very interesting store, ended up on this crazy astral projection.

I should also add something about the alternate states I described, for clarity. The 'fish-head' being i described appeared in what I describe (correctly or not but I don't know what else to call it) the 'etheric', or it was like a kind of 'second sight'. This means that I was fully conscious with my eyes open in my bed, but I could 'see' this being 'super-imposed' on the every day scene. A bit like watching a movie but less defined. He was transparent, for example, ghost-like in this respect, and i could only see the top half of his body. These features are characteristic of other beings I encountered in this way (ie transparency and not a full body being shown). The rest of the time I describe is the astral-projection proper.
