Remember Christ is God your maker so there's no way you could lead a Christ-like life because we are not God and the jesus from the bible doesn't exist. So all you can do is know that Christ is God and don't bow down to the Lord and tell people that Christ is God.

True dat. In most of my university classes it is perfectly acceptable to bash Christianity and conservative values. It is rebellious to question this and even had a friend get kicked out of class for doing so.

I came here this morning to post almost this same message. On my way to the doctor with my father I had the thought that true rebellion in this day and age was just to be nice and curteous to people. that is fact the whole point, but sadly most people do not concept enough of what a Christ like life is to live it. They are still in herd people stage and he demonstrated true free will choice of how to do things right in alignment with goodness. He came to tell people the Father is within them, and that they must stop foolish thinking and behavior and grow up in their thinking and conscious choices. man was not ready then in that area and he remains not ready still 2000 years later.

Look at all the herd joining behavior in religion and politics alone. Man is not yet independent, he is a follower. He is not coming out of the herd.
