My brother has lived in Norway for some years, has been mugged twice, both times by Somalis, descendents of a load of refugees taken in about 20 years ago.

I found the Norwegians to be a fairly chilled out people, and very friendly, but I got the impression that if you pissed them off you wouldn't like the results :)

My brother missed the Breivik bomb blast by about 1 minute, he was just about to walk out of the office when someone called him back, he would have been mangled otherwise.
