Just by moving materials on the surface is a show of force & a psyop.
I'm sure they use underground railways as well.

Ya ok. they have been building them between US and canada since the cold war, in the event infrastructure was destroyed so military forces could still mobilize in the event of invasion thats not including underground military fortifications, by now they have huge underground networks spanning across north america do you sit up late at night scratching ass?
