Quoting: Emc2 Been getting more into them recently, paying more attention to something I do most of my life, should seem more important than reality itself. dreams remind us the capabilities that are buried deep with in. Thats why its gay but true when people say never stop dreaming. realistically or metaphorically. I read a scientific point the other day about the brain processing all your thoughts and experiences whilst you sleep, hibernate, like filtering a computer, digesting information, the discarded small details we take for granted going into the recycle bin (subconscious)....we are projected the images of this process... I think. It was something to think about... depending how you view things. dreaming also helps us learn. not all of them make sense or mean something spiritually but they help our brain function on a realistic and spiritual level. Like you said theey are a filtering process "Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense." |
