time is an expression of energy
the universe is losing energy since the big bang meaning to revrse time you would need to act upon the entire universe
(its why there is an arrow of time)
the only way to travel at a diffrent speed of time it to travel faster than objects around you,with the extra energy your time decays at a slower rate than the background(relativity)
or maybe you could lose energy faster than the rest of the universe making time pass faste for you compared to the background
