Wild Honey I deeply respect and admire your sincerity of heart and fervor for Christ.

The "aura" or "energy" of Rome is derived from its pagan surroudings.

The Hebrew scripture 10 commandments absolutely forbade idols (graven images of any likeness on earth or heaven) of which Rome is chock full. These are magnets for demonic spiritual entities. I realized my Catholic friends have a bible stripped of this truth so they are only responsible for what truth they have to an extent.

I have many Catholic friends I dearly love and have a Catholic liberal arts education myself until more was revealed to me.

BUT.... Rachel in the scripture is symbolic of the Catholic Church who carried her father's idols away under her garment when she was in her menstrual cycle (unclean) and she died shortly thereafter giving birth to Benjamin. The passage on this is enormously symbolic of Catholic Rome and the idol images present.

Rome birthed the Protestant reformation (pushed out, excommunicated if you will) with blood and water (persecution)

Like Catholics I don't teach eternal torment, but a cleansing and purging as God's punishments are corrective in nature.

I have studied the prophecy of St. Malachi and believe the time is short for Rome. I believe much of the focus will return to Jerusalem as one who seeks to imitate Christ and desires worship will once again move the power center back to Jerusalem.

Hi.hf.I respect your opinion..but I dont agree..I did think the centre was Jerusalem..untill recently..it just hit me..and it all made sense..it isnt in my opinion about Israel at all..but about Rome..as the place where the change begins..the return to the Kingdom..the spiritual magnet that restores harmony..

Ive been trying to figure this out for a while..lots of odd coincidences..and then wham..it just hit me..

Of course its just simply my opinion..but it feels like it could be the truth to mehf

there is a spiritual place from where the reverse energetic change starts..I thought it would be Jerusalem..then some other places..but nope I think its Roma

As to Malachis prophecies..they are amazing in their accuracy in my opinion..and the last Pope again figures Rome as His identification mark..

The Catholic Church will remain untill the Kingdom is restored..I believe this..afterwards..all will be Church ..as all will be His Kingdom

amazing times

We are told she perhaps was
1.A prostitute
2.wore her hair loose..and uncovered..
3.Washed a mans feet in publish and dried them with her hair

If she was of that area..if she was Judean..and under the religious authority of the Sanhedrin

wouldnt she have been arrested..and tried..and maybe even put to death for any or some of the above accusations*question mark*

why didnt this happen *question mark*

In my opinion because she was not under their authority religious or otherwise..because she was a Roman Citizen..

Its not a question of race obviously..just trying to imagine her

who remained Faithful and True till the end..with all her pain..because Mary the Mother had a Faith like no one else..but Mary Magdalene was a sinner..not Immaculate..and as such subject to doubt..pain..anguish..suffering..fear..moments of lack of Faith etc..

She must have waited and waited for Him to return..while she preached and gave faith and hope to others..hiding her suffering

I think a lot of confusion may occur because Mari/Mary was a common name back then and a title taken by healers especially those taught under the Essenes.
The biblical mother of christ that the catholics worship would be Mother Mary, not to be confused with Mary Magdalene

Magdalene means "she of the the temple-tower.
Magdala (Aramaic מגדלא Magdala, meaning "elegant," "great," or "tower"
Story of Rapunzel, tower, long hair-ring any bells to people? Mythology and Biblical stories are closer than you think.

There is another theory that the "The churches of the Virgin Mary, Mary Magdalene and Black Madonna, symbolically representing the three aspects of Isis in her role as Universal Goddess, arose here and spread throughout Europe."
AKA the age old mother/maiden/crone.

Ever think that the "7 demons that jesus removed from mary magdalene" might have had something to do with the 7 chakras instead?

Re: I think Mary Magdalene was a Roman Citizen..and here why
Of all those present at the Last Supper no one questioned the words of the Master. Only Thomas, shaking helplessly, admitted, "'Lord, we do not know where thou are going, and how can we know the way?'" Quite correctly he said "we." For certainly the others had not thoroughly understood the Lord's methods and objectives. Even St. Paul could exclaim, "How unsearchable his ways!" The others, however, did not have the courage to let their inner feelings of insecurity be known before all. Not even the bold Peter spoke up!

Thomas, who suffered more painfully than the others in that he could think more deeply than the others, did not hold back his questions. With sincerity and frankness he opened up his melancholic soul to the Lord. Christ, full of compassion for and understanding of the inner torture of one He had called, gave him an answer, which belongs among the most royal of the whole Gospel. He permitted this gloomy speculator a glance into His divine knowledge. The Lord even let him see into the hidden and unknown depths of the Trinity when He answered Thomas:

"I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father but through me. If you had known me, you would also have known my Father. And henceforth you do know him and you have seen him."

For this illuminating glance into the future, eternal life in the Father and the Son, and into the way, Christ, Himself, that leads to his life, we must thank Thomas. It was the tormenting doubt of this apostle and his frank and courageous questions that occasioned our Lord's lesson.

Probably has to do with the native american concept that long hair increases your psychic abilities much like how antennas work. There are a few articles on this.

The main focus she stood for was natural healing abilities especially working with herbs/flowers/ but mainly love energy generated from the heart. (in other words everything against big pharma).

According to some scriptures many of the males or other apostles were ~jealous that she was chosen to be confided in . Probably why women and love then became demonized.

your idea of ancient Palestine is wrong

prophet Hosea was married to a whore

in Palestine there were two main religions
one was the ancient matriarchic religion of the Goddess of love and life,
the other was this patriarchic and militant cult of Yahve that was imported from Egypt by the Hixos.

of course, the bible does not speak much good of the rival religion - but you can feel the tension because the bible is full of hatred and envy towards the ancient religion of the Goddess

and the older religion was not a book religion so not much has remained ...

but Jaffa was the Mediterranean centre of piracy and prostitution for many centuries, probably due to the sexy tradition of ancient Palestine

Hey thanks for the linkhf
I didnt know this story about her...seems to confirm..at least in my view..the idea I have that she was wealthy but not only that but very powerful with connections to the Roman Authorities..and Roman herself

[link to cornishevangelist.wordpress.com]

biblical Christian testimony concerning Mary Magdalene says that she was a woman of social status and wealth. Following Jesus Christ’s death and resurrection, she used her position to gain an invitation to a banquet given by Emperor Tiberius Caesar.

When she met him, she held a plain white egg in her hand and exclaimed “Christ is risen!” Caesar laughed, and said that Christ rising from the dead was as likely as the egg in her hand turning red.

Before he finished speaking, the egg in her hand indeed turned bright red, and she cried “Christ is risen, for Jesus has burst forth from the tomb”. And she continued proclaiming the Gospel to the entire imperial house. This miracle turned many of them to Christ at that time.

Today, many Eastern Orthodox Christians end the Easter service by sharing bright red eggs and proclaiming to each other, “Christ is risen!” The eggs represent new life, and Christ bursting forth from the tomb. This began the tradition of coloring Easter eggs.

I disagree with the story that she remained in France and died there.. though there are numerous places that claim her presence there..I think she probably passed through..but the centre of the then growing Christian Faith was Rome..and as a Roman which I believe she was..in my opinion..she went to Rome and probably died there..

I think she would have been among the Christians..and therefore in the catacombs
