thought i would continue from where was left off..

friend 1 - are we dead?*

friend 2 - i dont know what this is but at least we are together

all of us - a deep sad sigh

friend 1 looks like he is about to have a nervous breakdown and says he wants to go for a walk

Some sense of duty came on me and i felt like i had to prevent him from going anywhere, it felt like he would have harmed himself if he had gone off..

I convinced him to stay with us and we all went into the car.

At this point the terror had paralyzed me, and i was having severe hallucinations, and could not verbalize my thoughts. My hands were melting into each other, i felt like i was going to piss myself*i think i did*

The strongest sensation came over me that i was some sort of fallen being from grace. No matter how i tried to ascend from that state, i just kept being reminded of this.

My 2 friends were communicating, i cant recall exactly what they were saying, but i remember every time an idea was put forward, by friend 1 - friend 2 would laugh about in an absurd way, and friend 1 would get extremely agitated and violently shake his chair, this cycle repeated many times.

I dont recall so much after this period, but i remember at 1 point i had clearly come to the conclusion that i would commit suicide at some distant future, i shared this with my friends and the idea seemed to make sense to them.

At Some point after a strong confidence washed over all of us, and was the common feeling we were godlike, and had complete and utter control of our circumstances.

We decided to drive back to our home city..

For the first half hour it was madness, there were steep mountain roads with almost no barriers, and the experience still going strong.
Luckily my friend pulled us through it, even though we had almost crashed on some occasions, and again..collectively had the idea that it would be so easy to just all commit suicide without much hassle. The mood was very ..confident in a strange way.

We made it back home, discussed the experience in a more coherent way for some time and headed back home * i lived with 1 of the friends*.

At the time of this experience i was having too many negative aspects in my life, and along with this experience helped plant some horrible seeds in my consciousness. It took a couple of years to move forward from some of these aspects..i could not look into someone's eyes without thinking of death and despair..

but overall i wouldnt take the experience back, it could have been done at a better time in my life and better settings, company though..

Its interesting with all the people reporting this "silver cord". Having practiced astral projection and out of body experiences for almost 20 years now, I never saw it myself. Did you ever read or hear about it BEFORE that specific incident?

I think you should look again. As much as you read about it, it must be there. Maybe your not looking in the right place.

No its not there, I have already spent plenty of time researching that little detail alone. It seems it may be a symbolic vision, where people see this cord due to them believing themselves to be connected to their physical body and having read of such a cord previously to their own experience. Of course we are connected with the physical body as long as it is alive, but not in a visible way. I myself can feel an energetic pulling force between myself and physical body, specially when in close proximity of it, but it has never been something visible.

I've tried DMT about 6-7 times this past year. In the previous years mushrooms and salvia a handful of times.

Psychedelics I think are so enlightening. I believe there should be a "trip bar" where you can go and take them under a safe environment with your friends or other travelers.

Seriously just go eat some mushrooms with your friends giggle, laugh, learn, love, and grow with each other. Instead a bunch of idiots go to bars get shit piled and drink there problems away. Psychedllics have a very interesting way of bringing personal problems to light which could result in what people call ego death. At the same time you can figure out creative solutions to your problems.

Yes I've experienced ego death 2x now and each time it's like a kick in the balls. Watching yourself die on your chair after you've smoked DMT then within minutes coming back to this world is enough to rattle anyones cage.
