Greatest Cop Ever Schools A Couple Of Irascible Gun Activists

The cop wasn't comfortable with a camera in his face, which is why a lot of them get pissed and smash them...camera-tards...don't ever shove one in my face, the law be damned.

The 2nd: "the right of the PEOPLE to keep & bare arms SHALL NOT be infringed." Is it not true that YOU must apply & pay a regulatory tax to possess certain firearms? Is it also true that .gov agencies & their agents are EXEMPT from the NFA regulations & tax scheme? So who or what class of citizens & agencies are politically & jurally defined as "THE PEOPLE?" You think that maybe the PEOPLE referenced in the 2nd is the political class & their agents? After all, their 2nd rights are not hindered or infringed.... while yours are fully regulated!

The constitution also states that the government has the right to tax basically as it see fit...that's why all these people that claim they don't have to pay income tax ends up in jail.

I mean seriously? Do you think you would get questioned if you were walking down the street with a bong? They would still stop and talk to you and check for marijuana residue.

My analogy is not perfect but it just seems so stupid to carry around a weapon that looks like a full auto and then get mad when you are stopped. This guy needs to get a job or at least contribute to society in some form.

What if the civilian had a notarized statement or affidavit stating that the "suspicious" firearm was indeed semi-automatic and had a seiral number to reference....would the officer still have had need to disarm the civilian? FWIW
