Yes, how many Glasses of water do you drink per day and if you don't drink a lot of water like me, Less than 3 glasses per day do you feel Ill? Like Now I start forcing myself and have drunk 3 glasses of water so far and I feel well but last week when I was hardly drinking just plain water by drinking lots of soda, and apple juice all that good stuff I started having some weird freaking symptoms. Burning urine and don't dare say std because that was ruled out, Been there for the test I'm a virgin "LIFE SUCKS" and my last visit for that the doctor kept giving me water to drink. Is it just me and I need to go to the Doctor? I drink a lot of soda, Apple juice and Ice Tea and Ice tea is supposed to be mostly water but I overdo it with the ice tea, you know the one that comes in the can like this >>> [ link to origin.kaboodle.com] I pour too much like 4 to 6 big spoon full It is better to let the world go out of control so they can see their own fate just as I did 20 years ago |

It depends on your activity level, the temps you are working under, and many other considerations, too. If you are a manual-laborer, you need more, if you are an athlete, more, if you are a mom, more, too. Your brain will not function if you are dehydrated, you get stupid!!! Slow in response time, and sloppy in movement, and prone to injury. In the desert, much more is required, a semi-desert too. And, in the end, each body is different in it's needs, and so to state a number would be misleading. As we age, we absorb less water, less nutrition, less........... the elderly should think of using something like electrolytes to help the body absorb the water presented. Pain level is deminished with dehydration, so, everything hurts, and with use will hurt more. Many athletes 'ignore' the pain to their own disadvantage. Treated a man who'd been a competetor in the Olympics who'd 'overtrained' and was useless in his field of competition. So, RDA's are of no use at all. I live in the high-desert, and I try to drink 4liters of water a day, and mostly don't achieve that, but that is my goal, also elderly so............... |
