Anonymous Coward User ID: 9128390 Australia 08/24/2012 08:39 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | What? Where did you get that from. The components and enough for a lot more were found on his farm, and paperwork to show he had been buying it and stockpiling it for years. You simply to not understand how the Norwegian system works, it is much more sophisticated that the USA. He has been given 21 years, but when that is up he will be assessed as still being dangerous and given another 5, and so on. Actually it means the carrot of freedom will be waved under his nose every five years and then taken away again. Quite a good form of torture, which he richly deserves. He had help. Watching it unfold live in BBC a witness clearly said just before the bomb went off undercover police (3 of them) decked a guy and held him and then the bomb went off.. From that moment I know there is more to this story. If anyone has the live moments from bbc or Al Jazerra you will come across a young couple telling this very story. For mine he worked for a team of killers. They let him shoot on that Island for how long? Think about it. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 10673393 Norway 08/24/2012 09:22 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I knew this place would react like this. Nice to see some tried to bold the fine print and avert some of the big core misunderstandings, but here from a local: In general terms I can guarantee that ABB will never be free again and this sentence is the best to ensure that. As insane he could say after 21 years that "I see what I did wrong and bla bla", and doctors agree that he's not pshyco anymore, and then he has the legal right to walk free. Like it or not. Oh and Lex Breivik can't apply, but that will stop Breivik 2 if he ends up in a similar predicament. Now though he can say after 21 that he regrets it and yada yada yada and not a single legal fuck will be given that day. There's a reason people typically go for the insanity plea as that is the only one with an exit door that is possible for the criminal to reach personally. As sane that door is beyond their control in every shape or form forever. We already have "sane" people locked up who we are more than certain we will keep locked up until they die, and they didn't even come close to ABB's crimes. Also they are not pioneers. This is an established system, it will contain ABB too. Second the political party he attacked is so dominant here I can also guarantee that they will be around after 21 years, and probably have control over the country as always through their appointments and camaraderie even if they don't actually always hold the office. Around here if you want an important public job your party book has to be 'correct'. The bottom line, unless his future devotees break him out, he's stuck right where he is for a full life for sure, and maybe a bit longer...anyhow let's not get into where to dump him after. If he somehow get out his expected life span is short. There's more guns per person here than even in USA FYI. Regardless, tools of killing are plentiful as history has shown us, and we prefer a good ax still. Oh and one more detail I should point out since it was raised: breivik will never be released. His sentence will be turned to a "sicherheitsverwahrung" as the germans call it, once it reaches its end. He will die in some kind of jail. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1317987 [link to en.wikipedia.org] Quote: "Norway created a new maximal penalty of 30 years for crimes against humanity." The new terrorism laws were not implemented in time, if not he would have gotten 30 years as the base sentence. I would have fired the government just for that kind of feet dragging as that is the kind of thinking that gets us in trouble all the time....obviously. Regardless, 21 or 30, he will not be out by 2083, and today I became sure of that. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 22399618 Portugal 08/24/2012 09:26 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | People in Europe will agree with Mr Breivik, sooner or later. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 22399618 Thats the saddest part of it all... You know, i had this creepy feeling in the back of my mind that a possibility. If something major happens in the future in relation to islam, ie, lets say extremist muslims set of a nuclear weapon/dirty bomb/chemical weapons/bioterror attack in a major Norwegian city or something there is a risk they could martyr him and turn him into a type of Hitler figure. Hitler was in prison too before he became chancellor dont forget. If Anders has any support for his veiws in government at all, even if its behind the scenes he could become a very dangerous guy for Norway and Europe in general in the future. Im actually thinking if anders truly believes Norway is under islamic invasion this may be part of his plan. He may now be simply waiting for islamic fundamentalism to in his eyes proove him right. islamics will prove him (and the rest of us) he was (sort of) right. I mean, kill innocent people is wrong - but his views are right. And according to data, it's a matter of time, it's just simple math. Muslims are destroying Europe from inside out. Same for those illegal immigrants from Africa... Sad but true. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 17052904 Denmark 08/24/2012 09:29 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Didn't their socialist prime-minister, whom earned shit load of credit in the aftermatch of the event, just had to resign cause a comission had come to a conclusion that he "might have known" what was about to go down up to the event but didn't act. And breivik was ruled insane as I see it, and can potential be locked up for life, and he is not sentenced in a normal prison either, he will be isolated and hidden away from the public, totally silenced. There's something shady about the whole affair, I always had a creepy feeling it could be a staged event, to actually further the maxist/socialist agenda whatever that may be, I mean what perfect way to actually rule that agenda out as nonsense by having a raving lunatic manefest it. Now noone can say what he said without being label the same as him, a raving lunatic. Persoanlly I don't agree with him, or that there even is a maxist agenda of any sort, but who to say there isn't. What happen was a great tradegy and should never had taken place no matter who may or may not have benefited from it, and thats my issue when it comes to tradegies, any tradegy CAN be potential false flag in this fucked up world, especially if you look at the history of this world and if you dig a little deeper into secrect sociaties and such and how the world have formed into what it is today. Just that there is any chance that this might have been a false flag, thats the real tradegy. |

Quoting: -GooGooFlexy- He'll still be plenty young enough when he gets out to do it all again. What the hell are you guys doing over there in Norway? 21 years is the max sentence? Just fucking kill him... If he's still deemed to be a threat to the public, he'll remain behind bars. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 17052904 No he´s ruled sane and will spend his sentence in a normal Prison, also 21 years is the maximum sentence for murder. They added an option for security detention for 10 Years afterwards, this ten years he will spend in a special resocialisation Institute. Also no idea how it is in Norway with this Security detention, but as far i know Europen High Court ruled that it is unlawfull to prolong it, so he would be out after 31 Years. |
NIMRUTH User ID: 22392291 China 08/24/2012 09:50 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I dont agree with what he did, but anyone who does not recognize the destruction of society in Europe by the influx of (mainly) muslims is a fool. Islam is not competable with a western democratic society. They will come and make use of it as they see fit but in the end will demand we impose their sharia law once they have majority. And that will be the end of the modern world because these people are really backwards. Religion is becoming more and more a problem. Even Christianiy is an insult to intelligence and the power it has over politics is disgusting. A minority is intelligent enough to realize this, but in a system where majority dictates for all, we are setting ourselves up for certain failure. Run chicken, run! |
