Disney trauma -- Two children crying hysterically after seeing new movie "The Odd Life of Timothy Green"

Bet they slept good after all that crying!!! LOL why do the parents keep prodding them, they want this reaction. On the verge of emotional abuse.

If this is not a put-on and I don't think it is, then the parents of these kids are fricken sicko's. The parents are enjoying tormenting the kids about their sadness. Sick, sick people! They are laughing about it. Wouldn't be so funny or circle-of-life brush-off if one of the kids got sick or Mom or Dad got sick or died. Parents today are immature, sick people!

My understanding is the ending is sort of like Old Yeller - where any normal person would cry their eyes out. Yet, this sick parents laugh about the pain and trauma their kids witnessed. It is one thing to expose a kid to sadness but not to make fun of death or them or their reaction to pain and sadness. The parents are sick F**ks!

Disney movies are just plain old weird! In Bambi the mother was killed. In Lion King the father was killed. I took my little niece to see Bambi, my sister warned me. When that mother deer was shot, OH BOY! I had to talk my way out of that one!

I went into hysterics when the aliens came out of the spaceship at the end of Close encounters of the third kind. I was five years old and had never reacted like that, not even with scary movies. I remember being terrified, and having my face buried in my Dads neck as he carried me to the lobby. It wasn't the little guys that set me off,MIT was the larger aliens. To this day I still remember that moment and even what shirt my Dad wore. I'm not going to say I was abducted because I have no proof, but some strange stuff has happened to me. Maybe, just maybe there is an underlying reason why these kids reacted the way they did.

It's the mothers laughing at their distress and concern that triggers thier core pain.

Although this may 'toughin' the kids up, they apparently are not quite ready for the issue that has them pained.

The mother is simply passing-on all she is capable of...

I raised three boys and never did they react to death like that...crying and wailing is simply a reaction of not knowing how to deal with the situation...it's a spasm of confusion and the inability to properly comprehend the reality.

If a parent doesn't proof read everything before their kids watch it then they should be sterilized. Look at this generation coming up. A hopeless abomination of humans. All because lazy mom and dad didn't monitor the brainwashing garbage their kids watched.

Yep. You have to read about everything before taking kids to see it. Especially a Disney movie.

I haven't seen the movie, but I remember movies like this from when I was a kid. The trauma that these and other kids just experienced is real and if you don't think that Disney knows this then...$100 bucks says that this movie will not be showed in country's like Iran and N.Korea...It seems that they protect their people there.

So I guess your reaction was meant to be against the parents, not the children??

I am nearly 60 years old. I still remember the pain I felt when I saw Bambi as a small child. Disney is Illuminati darkness disguised as entertainment for children. Generations of parents have been brainwashed to allow it.

And even if those kids had just sucked it up and not cried the trauma would still be there. These emotions get trapped and cause problems later on. Disney movies seem more adult themed since they deal with death. And they do know the effect they will have on children. It is just not a movie I would take a kid to. I wouldn't even want to go see it and I love kid movies.

Of course, the children's behavior always reflects how they were raised...look at the Black community, with all the violence and crime, they grew up without proper parenting...

My 2 daughters loved the movie, It was a good movie with a possitive message.
