When was the last time you got away from everything, took a second, and spent some time barefoot and connected to mother earth and her natural rhythms?

As these energies increase all around us from natural and unnatural frequencies, its very important to take the time and "ground" (literally) a lot of these detrimental energies that get stored in our body.

A dear molecular teacher turned my black thumb green a while ago, and ever since then I take a bit of time each day to look after that which I have planted and that which nature has brought to me. OF what's been given to me, I especially like the Nightshades and Flowers of an Hour even though the latter is so darned shy. The Nightshades chill the bumblebees out so well I've managed to pet a few of them while they're pollinating.

I usually do not think to do so until after I've taken off my shoes on workdays and it gives me a chuckle every time. It's like I can hear my mom yelling at me every time to put some damn shoes on instead of walking around in the gravel driveway barefoot =D

I guess I sort of just compartmentalized your post with what resonated with me - but suffice it to say that's something I've been expecting to happen with one of your threads eventually. I am fascinated with some of the information you share because it seems very much like you have overtly sought it out and know by where you came upon it.

As for myself, sometimes I wish I knew how it is I have come to know what places me at ease. More often than not I am dumbfounded when trying to ascertain the roots of the knowledge and experiences I hold most dear.

Perhaps now I ought to vest more time pawing my way into your threads :3

Yes, also so very true MI. it is nearly 1am here but it's a Friday so no worries. it is full moon too. I never sleep well anyway on full moons. Friday the 31st and a full moon! That would be the opposite of a Black Friday then would it? A white Friday maybe?

My daughter friend Katie is staying here tonight.She is 12 and from there too. Her Dad was a diesel engineer in the U.S Army for 28 years so they moved about 4 times.

The main concern for our futures is digital televisions and the broadcasting of it being the same 7 cycle per second frequency. Why would they make it that when there's a whole spectrum and human beings brainwaves and the earth itself is 7 Hz.

It is now known that our hearts have brain cells and are not just a pump for pumping blood. Just like the pineal gland has cones, same as our eyes which gives us the ability to see color (there you go, american spelling just for you!) It is better anyway- i admit it;)

All these things are known to ancients all over the world and our western modern medicine is now proving these things one by one. A truly great time to be alive.

Do you play any musical instruments? Me? Guitar,mandolin and i have a Piano to tune up and learn! All acoustic instruments. i like electric too but acoustic is timeless and can be taken anywhere anytime. it is amazing how much wildlife loves to listen if you play well and melodious.
