Todd Akin Will Stay With Help From Democrats And Mitt Romney Will Lose
It's very clear now that Todd Akin himself will not be leaving the Missouri Senate race, no matter how much pressure is put on him.

Do you really think he's going to stick himself with a bill for millions of dollars in order to re-print all the Missouri ballots? If the GOP and Romney wants him out so bad, they better cough up the money.

Assuming the GOP would be wiling to pay for the reprinting of the Missouri ballots, the Secretary of State in Missouri is Robin Carnahan, a Democrat and daughter of deceased Senator Mel Carnahan who died in a plane crash and posthumously won re-election in 2000 due to Democratic chicanery.

Even if the Missouri Secretary of State's office did get court ordered resignation paperwork from Akin, the Democrats will make sure it's gets "lost", "damaged", "incompleted" or otherwise delayed by legal maneuvers in order to make sure Akin stays in the race and continues to poison all Republican candidates on the Missouri ballot.

You can bet your bottom dollar Obama has Valerie Jarrett, David Axlerod and Rahm Emanuel all over this in order to make sure Romney is defeated in November. The Democrats are going to steal Missouri and there's nothing anybody can do about it.

It's obvious Missouri is the "Florida" of 2012.

The GOP is up the creek without a paddle because the 2012 election was lost on August 22nd when Todd Akin missed the filing deadline for dropping out. It's over.

Obama just won the election.

Rasmussen has now provided the strongest evidence yet that the impact of Rep. Todd Akin’s (R-MO) “legitimate rape” remarks may extend beyond the Missouri senate race. According to Rasmussen’s poll, released today, President Obama lead in Missouri with 47% of likely voters, compared to 46% for Mitt Romney. In late July, Rasmussen had Romney leading in Missouri with 50% of the vote compared to 44% for Obama. Rasmussen has generally trended Republican over the last decade, and was considered a fairly safe state for Romney this year. In 2008 President Obama lost Missouri even though he won the overall electoral vote count 365-173.
