Homeland Security "Unified Command Center" RV in Wheeling, WV
I usually don't post much, but I saw this on my way home and had to grab a photo. Nothing has happened there, so this isn't a response to a disaster or an attack, so what's the deal?

Not saying anything against you OP, but looking at the pic, I don't see any obvious manipulation, everything seems to be digitally intact. Any idea what it was doing there?

Can you see to just what extent this country has wasted money we don't have on this super bloated bureaucracy that can flaunt so many tax dollars on so many extravagant things such as this which couldn't even withstand a 2 liter Mountain Dew poured in the fuel tank while the driver was in the men's room?

It's disgusting I tell you! We have people living under bridges and in tent cities.

No, I didn't manipulate this photo. My photoshopping skills suck. I was coming from Paden City to Follansbee, through Wheeling. I saw it there, so I looped the block and took a photo with my Fiance's phone. I have no idea what it was doing there, just hoping somebody here might know. Are these in every city? Wheeling isn't even that big of a city.

Re: Homeland Security "Unified Command Center" RV in Wheeling, WV
The smaller state I live in, these types of command vehicles are uses by the following,

1 - state
2 - county
3 - city
4 - state police
5 - county police
6 - city police
7 - environmental control
8 - capital police

and probably several more knowing how these types demand power.

These units are large, hundreds of thousands per unit, yet we as taxpayers are NOT allowed to see inside one,

Why?

Also if each county, each police force, each unit of environmental control, marine police, etc, etc has their very own mobile command unit in just the state I live in, maybe 20 units? Now imagine what large states like Texas, Ca, New York has, couple hundreds units each?

Thanks for a very alert catch, OP. The DHS office here in Charleston is mentioned fairly often on the local news. I have, however, noticed an up tick in air traffic the past 25 days. A flyover by two V-22 Ospreys last Sunday evening did catch my attention.

And if that's a command unit, who are they commanding? Local police forces? Do they bring in their own unmarked vehicles to spy on us?

In Charleston? How much traffic on average do they have? And you said there's an increase in traffic? How much of an increase?

Air National Guard traffic. And, it is not worth special attention at this point. I have noticed that my vet-rep is off on another two-week Guard excercise, and that perks my ears a little.

886463, thanks for the info. Anything changes, let me know.

As for the Fracking / Anti Fracking, I didn't even think of this. Wheeling is right in the center of a HUGE new development of oil and gas drilling.

WV is just convenient to DC and easy to keep low profile. Yeager always has military traffic. Nothing to see here, move on.

Built plenty of those vehicles. Odds are it was being driven by a contractor to the client or vice versa. Probably just being taken out for a spin and freshen up the gasoline in either the vehicle or the generator.. 95% of the time these vehicles just sit in a garage waiting for some shit to happen lol.

They are awesome to spot on the road though. I live in the D.C area so naturally they're on the beltway all the time. Seems every county popo has them as well.

You're thinking of Southern West Virginia or Virginia. I can get to Ohio or Pennsylvania within 5 minutes of where I live. We're only 25 or so minutes from Pittsburgh, so if you want to pick on it, let it be because of our Black-and-Gold Yinzer lifestyle.

I think they are looking for someone to fight with. Driving around to find some crazed rednecks to shoot at them so they can shoot back and have another 'incednt' to fuel martial law.

I think thats part of what was going on with the arrests of the Aryan Brotherhood/bikers in Indiana. I think they mainly wanted someone to fight back, so they could call on all that war machine they have been training, and declare War/Martial law.

I think thats what up with the medical marijuana busts, they are trying to create 'unrest' so they can respond in force.maby to 'eliminate the enemy' or maby so they dont have to win the election. under martial law.

Update: Talking to a friend, that vehicle has been there for a few weeks. It's not just parked, it's being used, but no one seems to know why.

Reminds me of the EM-50 from 'Stripes'. The occupants probably aren't nearly as competent. And at least one probably has a rap sheet.
