While i will agree that pot smokers can be a bit more scatter brained, they are MUCH easier to be around and just have relationships with.

The most angry, depressed, resentful people i know never smoke pot. True story.

its unfortunate that you've had bad experiences with pot smokers OP :( i have a lot of pot smoking friends, and the conversations with them have always been really great. they're all into things like music, art, science, philosophy, politics, that kinda thing. when you're new to their group, they'll always offer some smoke to be polite, but they arent bothered if you decline. they dont really talk about smoking weed all the time either because they have more interesting things to talk about i guess.. and "unreliable" isnt a word i would use to describe them either. they're probably the most reliable friends i've ever had.

Ongoing drug use is never to be considered a past time or entertainment/hobby. It is a lifestyle and all the stereotypical behavior can always be applied in one way shape or form. To deny that is just flat out wrong.

But, the alternative to the drug lifestyle is the plugged in consumerist unit that, by definition, is enslaved in form and fashion by the system.

your young i can tell that from your post, first of all, pot smokers always will do anything for girls to hang out with them. second, they have zero work ethic whatsoever, and will only do something if it is convenient to them

its called growing up and raising a family... showing up to work on time, taking risks

You know more pot smokers than you realize. Im 42 and smoked pot for 20+ yrs. Been so since I quit drinking. Been a CNA, environmental supv., navy contractor and no criminal record. It's called self control. Judge not, bonehead. By your own admission , you admit to knowing successful potheads.

Right…the job did not get done and I get to hear about how high they got the last few days or where they choose to put their thing.

Just get the work done and save the rest for someone who cares.

you dont know every pot smoking person out there, so you you shouldnt really be making comments like that. every pot smoking friend i have has at least 1 job while also attending college/university full time (or working a full time co-op job through school). none of what you've said in any of your posts can apply to the pot smoking friends i have. so like i said, its unfortunate that you've had bad experiences. just know that not all pot smokers are the same.

I like being a sober upstanding robot. I like it so much I go on the internet and tell people how much I like it and how much other robots should be like me.

I am so great since I have a job and make monetary units. I have so much pride in myself that whenever I see a potsmoker I call other bigger robots with weapons to assault the potsmoker and take his pot away.

That is their job. They are antipotsmokers, the most noble beings to ever exist. Besides me. I would never get on the internet and claim to be better than someone for NOT DOING something. That's just lazy and inexperienced and small-minded.

I know lot's of ppl that don't do drugs n alcohol , but yet their symptoms are same. It's starts with life and how person goes thru it! I lived in difficult downtown area for 3 yrs and watched normal ppl either go mental or on drugs , or both. Too much stress and pressure out there , and not every1 brought up strong minded. And now a days ppl don't even have compassion nor understanding for one another.....Go figure the outcome
