I agree with you op for the majority but not all smokers are like this.

Most the weed smokers i know use it to solve their problems, for pain relief, inflammatory relief, to help sleep, speed up their metabolism and to aid meditation.

Its the addicts trying to escape reality that give the plant a bad rap.

It is a very good medicine when used correctly.

Here's an idea - let people do what they want as long as it doesn't harm you.
Some guy can smoke pot if he wants, and if you don't feel like it, don't smoke pot.
Seems easy enough to me.

Or, mind your own business and live your own life.

Pot smoker are just generally not with it. Hanging around potheads is fucking irritating because they are never on a level you can access. I just don't... :-)

I have seen both OP. Smoking pot or drinking a beer or eating McDonald's is just stuff you do. The CHARACTER of the person...the motivation/drive and desire may change slightly from an alcoholic beverage or marijuana, but it is THEM at the very base that we are looking at.

I can get most people to do just about anything for money, and they won't even admit dependency on it. A pothead will do quite a bit for you if you put the effort out to admit that they are a human too.
