Re: Don't make ASSUMPTIONS; try to Understand.
A four-mile section of La. 70 South in Assumption Parish will be closed periodically from 9 p.m. Sunday to 3 a.m. Monday, parish officials said.

The closure will allow a truck to ride the highway section, vibrate the surface of the road and send seismic waves underground for testing related to the Bayou Corne area sinkhole, parish officials said Sunday.

John Boudreaux, director of the parish Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness, said each closure will last about 15 minutes, traffic will then be allowed to pass briefly and vibration will resume.

Closures will extend from La. 69 near Grand Bayou, west to Lee Drive, Boudreaux said.

I'm bumping this artical again and adding this bit of quote from it.

The seismic waves created by the truck, and later this week by charges buried in more remote areas around the sinkhole, will reveal the subsurface under the area, scientists have said.

The gas in the area must be safer then we think or they wouldn't even think of setting off charges, mind you I suppose there is no oxygen underground to mix with the methane.

Coincidentally, a "rental box truck" caused the accident i.e. no registration to tie it back to a specific person? How hard would it be to fake a valid appearing drivers' license?

I may be all wrong, but for a time it seemed as though very little happened or there was a news black-out. But now, things are starting to happen and fairly quickly. I fear we may soon be learning just what "worst-case scenario" really is.

Cuzz Urban Dictionary
When you screw something up in a really irreversible way

OK firefly is pretty sharp..his interpretation of this info
booms, methane, earthquakes, (BP), Bayou Corne, and airborne particulates

booms = sound
methane = smell
earthquakes = feel It is going to involve all senses
Bayou Corne = see
airborne = taste
BP = oil= addition of corexit or even something else you don't know about maybe??? = disease in the oil that is going to make you flu like sick and give you the (shits even)

I just have to say this sounds like bezerk to me..

Re: Don't make ASSUMPTIONS; try to Understand.
Not sure who let the DAWGS out, but I'm one.

The spinning you are speaking of is the first indication of failure.

Sometimes failure is good because we can learn from mistakes.

Some mistakes are accidental and some are intentional.

It's the mistakes done with intention that CANNOT be overcome.

All Dawgs are being let out.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 24580396

Going back to page 72 for clues.

I typed in Dawg into an acronym finder and came up with 'DAWG Disaster Attache Working Group (FEMA)' if that is relevant at all.

If something fails, you can learn from those mistakes how not to let them repeat. This is not one of those accidental failures, this was intentional and nothing will fix it.

All dawgs are being let out - This can mean several things, either Deputy Dawg is indicating that they're letting go of all local officials, or that (based on the acronym above) FEMA is becoming involved.

Deputy Dawg here.

Go back and read this thread. The truth is in here.

Related items: booms, methane, earthquakes, BP, Bayou Corne, and airborne particulates. You were warned. Shits getting real, quick.

If you can figure out who let the Dawgs out you win. This one might open this wide open for you who are analytical thinkers.

Also, you might hear one last snippet from East Texas, at my direction. This depends solely on circumstances. Should he chime in here, it's likely things will go very South, very fast.

Only clues I can give.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 2809539

'Booms, methane, earthquakes, BP, Bayou Corne, airborne particulates' - When the methane ignites, it will create an earthquake and the toxins released into the air will cause a widescale biohazard crisis(Hence WHO (world health organization) let the dawgs out).

Why is S in South capitalized, I wonder? I think it relates to the BP site from 2010, which is south of Bayou Corne.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 16528483

south as in SOUTH... as in BELOW, BENEATH. the ground will give in, and fall into the salt dome. terrible. as far as east texas im assuming, and also according to the cayce map.

Re: Don't make ASSUMPTIONS; try to Understand.
I hope that all those underwater body bags and so-called "FEMA coffins" will not be needed, but thanks to all the "dawgs" for the warnings. I live in the Denver area, which seems to be about the safest place to be in the U.S. now, so I'm not worried for myself -- but if this thing blows (one way or another), this might be a disaster worse than any other in U.S. history.

As always, time will tell -- but I do wish that the government and MSM would give as much warning as possible if they are absolutely positive that a major disaster is imminent. If there IS a disaster and it is discovered that the government knew about it and did not execute a specific warning and a well-planned evacuation plan . . . well, by comparison, the American Revolution of the 1770's might very well seem like a ladies' tea party.

But, please, to all those people giving warnings -- if you ARE sincere and this is not an elaborate hoax -- PLEASE find some way to alert the general population if you are POSITIVE of your facts . . . but ONLY if you are 100% positive! Not everyone reads GLP, you know -- and many view it as nothing but entertainment for lunatics and conspiracy theories, as the site says. (I, like many others, visit the site only to see what the MSM is not covering, this Louisiana sinkhole situation being a prime example of that.)

Anyone else notice that when these "Dawgs" give out info or warnings, things have an uptick in activity or severity not long after? This last warning and then the next day, one full ACRE of land falls into the hole.....ten percent expansion OVERNIGHT. I smell legitimacy.

So, East Tx is saying to my ? - that post is specific bug out info for someone who's waiting for a signal, is that how you'd read it?

If you had read the 'bolt and nut' thread in its entirety, you would see that East-now North- Texas says that the post is a message for a particular someone and is not meant to be analyzed for clues.

Which makes me wonder if it was a message for East Texas to bug out--I wonder where in East Texas East Texas was? Being in South-Central Louisiana, I am concerned my family is too close to the center of this all.

The MSM is now covering this in a light and humorous manner. Here are some excerpts (my italics)from a New York Times on-line article dated March 15. (Sorry I am not computer literate enough to provide a link.)

One Sinkhole Killed, and Many Others Opened, but Experts Counsel Not to Panic

But for fans of sinkholes, of which there are more than one might think, this is a very good time, indeed. [SNIP] There was [ WAS??!! ] a nine-acre sinkhole in Assumption Parish, La., that drew a visit from the environmental activist Erin Brockovich.
[SNIP]

Just as sinkhole madness was starting to die down, a sinkhole no bigger than a Hula Hoop opened up last Friday on the 14th hole at the Annbriar Golf Course in Waterloo, Ill., swallowing whole Mark Mihal, a 43-year-old mortgage broker.

[SNIP]

So those of us who are concerned about this silly little nine-acre sinkhole are just crazy, right?
