I just started posting when this thread started I had never posted in any of the other threads. I don't even know who john is. I just took interest in this thread b/c this topic kinda close to home. I live in MS.

I have been a lurker since last yr but never posted till recently.

By the way how long have you been following this thread and why has it gotten so much attention today usually I have to search for it to find it. Why have you not spoken up earlier? And there are a good may AC's on here that today that has never posted any other time or at least on this thread or any other relevent ones.

I have been working on the numbers for sometime but can't get it, i am pretty sure they are one of two things; library of congress call numbers or lat/long coordinates.
2 pages back someone threw out some coordinates, i threw around some of the numbers, (ie used the R and Z and B as their numerical value in the alphabet z=26 b=2 ect) either way the coordinates fall somewhere in the GOM (gulf of mexico).

Op continues to say "alight 223.43/R26:ZB3"

Alight i am guessing could be where the this gas gets ignited.

Someone mentioned a new GOM rig that recently went up in flames. I can't find a story or link much less coordinates but it would be interesting if we could and the numbers correlated. If this is all connected underground could a burning gas/oil rig ignite the cavern from hundreds of miles away? I have no idea. but these are my thoughts. sorry for wall of text.

Now it looks like I said it and I did not.

I have posted this story on as many threads aout all of this as I can find. Dad is dead serious about this. he made a point of telling the family to stay at home. Made them Promise to stay at home. He never been one to be overly dramatic about anything. I should just create another thread about what he said. I think its important people hear this from somebody whom did this type of work for over 40 years.

I have been watching this from the beginning and haven't said much until now.

I honestly believe there is NO end to this. Most sink hole are the ground giving way due to ground shifting normally 3-5 feet up to 50-80 feet deep in the larger ones yet this one is totally different.
