Re: Don't make ASSUMPTIONS; try to Understand.
After researching corexit I can find no bio component in corexit. So it would have to be one added such as sythia. So far not luck in finding a bio component in corexit or added to it. By bio, I would think they mean biological componet? sk
Quoting: seeker2

sk, my thought on it is that Synthia and rads are mutating everything. Whether or not it has had an effect on the corexit remains to be proven but it's definitely a distinct possibility. Or shall I say an effect on the bio-mass that corexit produces.

they still haven't been able to engineer it into anything useful.

Re: Don't make ASSUMPTIONS; try to Understand.
I been following this story on GLP since mid-August.
Thanks so much to those who are searching and seeking info and answers on this Mega-Diaster which is not gonna end well if it ever ends. Sigh.

I found this video:
BP Rehearsed Oil Spill Confidential report Exposed
[link to www.youtube.com]

<Snip> off the comments

This video exposes a confidential report of an experiment done in Norway in 2000 but a consortium of oil companies including BP and the US government showing how a deep water blowout would create clouds of super toxic oil which could not be recovered. Was it a surprise that most of the oil from the BP well stayed in the Gulf of Mexico, at depth, in clouds of small particles...?

Here's a direct quote from the report:

"This is important information, because the water-soluble compounds are generally the most toxic ones when exposed to marine biota. The results from these measurements show that the rising of the oil through the water column represents a kind of a "stripping" process of some of the most toxic compounds in the oil. The end result is therefore that a portion of the most toxic compounds is left in the water column."

to see the final report go to
[link to afterthepress.com]
and click "READ ENTIRE STORY" to the right of the video
then click on the link at the bottom of the story

Again, thanks to all those who are contributing to this awesome thread. (:

Yes I concur, corexit could be quite cause all sorts of wonderful mutations in an organism such as synthia. What keeps sticking in my mind is the synthia actually is capable of infiltrating and taking over other micro organisms. This could include all types of human tissue cells. And who knows what the bottom line program sythia is running when it happens upon the right host. sk

Not sure where you get your intel but it's not only out of the lab but also was introduced into the GOM in 2010

After almost 15 years of work and $40 million, a team of scientists at the J. Craig Venter Institute says they have succeeded in creating the first living organism with a completely synthetic genome.

In 2006 SGI raised its Series A round of financing from Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Meteor Group, Biotechonomy LLC and Plenus, S.A. de C.V. In 2007 SGI closed its Series B round of financing with BP plc and ACGT Sdn Bhd.

Just food for thought here...started watching the full seasons of "The Walking Dead' this wkend w/ RadC, she's never seen it. I think it was the final episode of season 1 where they entered the CDC facility in Atlanta, when the scientist was showing the survivors his research on the live test subject he stated about the virus, "it acts like MENINGITIS".

Good morning Everyone!! :Hugging:

SkinnyC, I was just listening and responding to the producer of that vid...I'd stake everything I own on the fact that the sounds they are hearing is methane, and whatever else is mixed in, being pushed thru the NM Fault system. It's escaping somewhere, this is why the wind seems to pick up as the sound does. Not a good scenario being that it's closer to the surface, running out of places to hide so to speak,

Quoting: siniXster

I am thinking the same! was hesitating to say cause I didn't want a page of people asking me to 'prove it'. Not good!
Quoting: SkinnyChic

BUT, we also live by a dirt track speedway, and if the wind is blowing right, you can hear the Sprint cars wind up JUST LIKE THAT. I'm not bullshitting, it sounds exactly like that. And if the wind is blowing the other direction you hear nothing.

Now when you get further into the video, that is NOT the same sound. But you can hear the revving in the background of the Sprint cars. We have been hearing a massive roaring sound too around here, not every day or night, but it sounds like the jet turbines they used to test at Boeing. This sound is different from the Sprint car motor sounds(which can be heard in the background of that video). I know these sounds, I've been around them all my life.

The two are different sounds. I would ask the video maker if there is a Sprint car track within 10 mi of him. The roaring sound that is on top of the Sprint car sound is what to worry about. And we have heard it up here in st Louis too. It's like a jet turbine being tested.

On this video, it seems you have both sounds.

Anyone remember this from feb this year, I was trying to research what other product may have been used in the gulf and this plastic eating fungus jumped into my head.

To the multitude of arguments for protecting rainforest biodiversity, here’s a new addition: An Amazonian fungus could eat our most durable landfill waste. A group of students from Yale found the fungus during an expedition to Ecuador and learned it breaks down polyurethane.

Have you ever seen this?

Doorway to Hell
The Derweze area is rich in natural gas. While drilling in 1971, Soviet geologists tapped into a cavern filled with natural gas.[1] The ground beneath the drilling rig collapsed, leaving a large hole with a diameter of 70 metres (230 ft) at 40°15′10″N 58°26′22″E / 40.25264°N 58.43941°E / 40.25264; 58.43941 (The Gates of Hell). To avoid poisonous gas discharge, it was decided the best solution was burn it off.[2] Geologists had hoped the fire would use all the fuel in a matter of days, but the gas is still burning today. Locals have dubbed the cavern "The Door to Hell"....

Google it and check out the videos of the area.
