Just a thought, but maybe they are trying to direct the gas to the coast away from the population and burn it off? ...probably crazy thought....just throwing it out there since I'm in crazyland anyway.

If the strategic oil reserves are there buried in some way....that would be what is maybe being attacked?

We know there are weapons that are able to manipulate the weather and use this technology as weaponry, I think this issue may be linked to the unusual storms and weather.
