Seems corporate and state interests are two different things. I for one would be shocked to see minds open allowing in solutions or equipment not related to ownership of any company without it's fingers in the sinkhole as it were.
This is the way things are.
Just as residents and states bordering the GOM watched BP get away (and still are drilling & spraying banned chemicals) carrying on outrageous plunder and ruin.

Same thing with TEPCO/GE at fukushima. Watching their lives slowly disintegrate.

I was completely shocked to see an actual evacuation take place and a company actually support alternative lodging.
