Anyone here who can interpret dreams?
Tonight I saw a strange dream, I was with my relatives at their house. And somehow I found myself covered by the wasps, they were covering my face and body but the strange thing is that they didn't sting.

Wasps usually are quite aggressive in nature, so seeing wasps covering me but not stinging me was strange.

also I remember one of the wasp had gone inside my jeans and I squeezed it to death but it managed to sting me...talk about pain in the ass!

Thanks in advance,
I am almost done with putting away my carnal body and with it all it's desires and passions!

Dreams can sometimes, simply represent our feelings and emotions, in a single scene.

The feeling you had with the wasps, did you also feel the same way with your relatives.

Noticed the wasp didn't sting you, didn't mean harm.

Likewise with your relatives, you didn't feel any aggression from them.

The wasps covered you, and were all around. Likewise, your relatives, were moving semi-chaotically, natural in informal gatherings of those you know, like the wasps, and all around.

The one that got in your pance, and stinged you, is called sub-conscious overlay. Meaning, you saw the wasps, which in actuality represented your feelings that evening, but at another level, you seeing wasp had a fear one would sting you. This is a natural deep fear we all have. And fears will often, be symbolized in dreams, and in this case, it mixed in with your other feelings.

Again, although you may see a single scene, this can be a combination of feelings, fears, etc. from different levels of your consciousness, all mixed in a single scene or event / dream sequence.

Could be reflecting waking life?
Lots of wasps = a lot of commotion and buzzing and busyworking on their part. If they were on your face, might mean you're overwhelmed or you can't think clearly. The pain in the ass thing also connects there.
Otherwise, it could be that you're occupying yourself with things that don't matter.

But yea, look up the symbols. Everything means different things to different people where dreams are concerned. Try to find out what the symbols mean for you personally, or the way you would interpret it. It's all about your point of view, not someone else's.

"Ancient European lore recognizes the wasp as big part in pollination. Here the wasp is symbolic of fertility as this genre of earth-based believers honored the wasp for its role in continuation of certain plants and flowers."

Thanks for the link! This part of the website you posted reminded me of another thing the dream which I can remember vaguely; I was thinking for myself and was confident that I hold the keys to real liberty and joy through the knowledge I had gained by going through all the experiences I have had, and that no more should anyone else to whom I would pass my knowledge need to toil after knowledge by the sweet of their face. But would I get chance to pass it to my children or would I die selfishly alone without getting chance to pass it on and thus wasted it all away.

Yes with my relatives I didn't feel any aggression except there is one person who later came in, he was my cousin and saying I don't like him would be underestimation, I saluted everyone in the room except him, but I didn't make fight with him or anything and even when my little bro came into room and he was joking and laughing with this cousin of mine I did not tell my little brother in anger of what he had done or tell him not to talk with him.

Okay, now that you say this. Do you feel, the cousin has negative views to you. And at a deep subconscious level, you may think he would actually hurt you? If so, that one wasp, that stung you, could represent, the feeling you had about him.

From your avatar, I guess you may be a Muslim? Anyways, as a Christian, I would say, you need to forgive him, and release any negative feelings. If you don't, God will not forgive you of your sins. Also, if you can forgive him, this can allow you to release any heaviness from your heart, make amends, and possibly have a better and more positive relationship with him.

The anger that you carry, will tense your nerves. If your nerves are tensed, this will tense your muscles. If your muscles are tensed, this will constrict your blood vessels. If your blood vessels, are constricted, means less blood, oxygen, and nutrients carried throughout your body system. This has other negative consequences, such as making you more proned to headaches.

The connection between one wasp that stung and the one cousin with whom I have dispute is interesting to say the least. I am sure he has negative view on our whole family not just me but to say he would actually hurt me, I don't think so. So that's not something I am concerned with, and also I do know what you mean with working on forgiveness...but he has been unable to move me emotionally or disrupt my good night sleeps for that matter, I couldn't care less about him really.

My avatar is of Kurdish Freedom Fighters in their traditionally kurdish men's costume. Peshmarga stands for "Ahead of death" rooting from words PESH=A head, and MERG=Death...in other words those who walk ahead of death. Most of Kurds are muslims but they are very liberal type also the great Salahaddin Ayubi who was well respected even by his enemies was Kurdish too and the spirit of bravery and hospitality he expressed was one of Kurdish spirit more than Muslim, though he fought under the banner of Islam and it's because of this that most Kurds don't have much respect for him because he did not fight to free Kurdistan and now Kurds are oppressed by the people Salahaddin freed from oppression, so you can see history has interesting twist of irony. But It's more likely that this man in the picture was probably fighting Muslims than Christians, as all the imminent threats for Kurds come from their neighboring countries (Iraq, Iran, Syria, Turkey) but I am not a Muslim, only thing that matters to me is that I acknowledge there is God and that's enough for me.

Re: Anyone here who can interpret dreams?
I had a wierd one last night:

I was in a helicopter with a group of relatives and I was the pilot. I decided to leave the helicopter to check out an island that we were flying near, and left someone else in charge of the controls. (I can't remember how I got down from the helicopter to the island, it might have been a rope ladder.)

A little while later, as I waved to the helicopter, it crashed in the water near the beach. Everyone survived but we were now all stranded on this island.

A while later someone asked me where we were. I told them, I was absolutely positive the name of the island was "Palmyra Island". I even spelled it for them. Then I woke up.

Anyways, the wierd thing is, I've never heard of this Palmyra Island, but I thought it wierd that my dream would have such a specific place, so I googled it. It turns out it's the site of a murder and is believed to be cursed.

That's bizarre!
