Excellent advice here OP. 5 stars for you. The body just can't even recognise processed bread and stores it away as fat. Dropping or minimising grains and dropping cows milk would turn western health around for the better within 2 weeks.  what i can't understand is why the authorities in our countries DON'T tell us this VERY simple information it would be easy to get the population fit, but maybe that isn't what THEY want, eh? not paying attention this morning.
