Spotted in a field. Wait, Essex has fields??  [ link to www.wildessex.net] Yes loads of them, Only a small corner of Essex is in London. Essex is actually a really nice part of England. Except for all the chavs and TOWIE-types, of course. It's where successful London criminals go, to retire.  Wait are you sure you are not getting confused with Costa del Sol??  Pretty much interchangeable, innit?
