I sure as hell do believe the Moon is a holographic 3D projection. If the Moon really is 240,000 miles away, then how come I can hear it making that eerie humming sound? That's because the Moon is only 30,000 feet away, in our atmosphere, and it's a hologram! The voices of the aliens running the holographic moon can be heard on the ground.

If the sound is from car tires rolling over grooved pavement, then how come it has a strong tonal character (like a musical instrument sound?) I think aliens are playing musical instruments from another planet inside my car tires!!!!!

Could you please post a video or audio file of a confirmed alien making a sound similar to this for comparison?

Also to really make this marginally usable evidence, would be good to have information on the vehicle make and model, tire brand, recording device, and location. And then a comparison recording of the same make/model, tires, using same recording device in same location *knowingly* going over the rumble strip a couple different times. Then directly comparing them to the "alien" noise in both audio analysis and psychophysical analysis by several naive observers.

Until then I will use that ol' standby of Occam's Razor to guess that this is most likely a slightly weird recording of a rumble strip. Considering it occurs while driving, near a rumble strip, producing a noise that is *extremely* close to rumble strip noise, save for it being marginally deeper than you might expect if you were primed ahead of time to think something weird might be in the audio.

So, by "slightly weird", you mean that the sound is somewhat weird? So you admit it's not your everyday rumble strip kind of sound?
