Weather manipulation or Mother nature?
Before I ask my question, I will say that I do believe that there are times when gov't uses weather manipulation, false flag events, etc. to create a crisis then swoop in and pose as our saviors.
With that said, I don't think gov't causes every disaster on the planet. Is there anyone else who feels that shit happens and true 'natural disasters' occur?

Re: Weather manipulation or Mother nature?
My hope is that I can learn more about this topic. I happened to run across this site earlier this year. I thought I knew a good amount of info regarding HAARP and other issues discussed on GLP. I have now found that I'd only scratched the surface on so many topics. Any opinions, info, etc. is greatly appreciated :)

manipulation only to some extent
bigger influences were with nuclear detonations
we are under surveillance from that day

Re: Weather manipulation or Mother nature?
We have to remember mankind has only been on planet Earth for a verrrryy short timespan, we can not speculate what is normal or not when it comes to natural disasters.

For all we know Earth has been in a quite period for the past 100,000 years, Just looking at the globe you can see that major EQ's must happen fequently otherwise our the fantastic mountain ranges around the world would not have formed etc.

And volcanos have always been prominent as you can see by the scars left behind.

bottom line is don't worry about today, don't worry about tomorrow, just live life today and do the best you can as a human on this amazing planet we call home

= public knowledge today
standard weather manipulation from early 50s

Re: Weather manipulation or Mother nature?
The only problem with the whole idea of causing or being able to manipulate the weather significantly to do these sorts of things is thermodynamics and energy input.

Heat (primarily from the sun) generates weather and weather patterns. It takes a lot of heat over a large area of land or sea to generate a storm. More energy that we are currently able to produce and manipulate as a globe goes into a tropical hurricane.

Using a hurricane as an example:

Hurricanes are a product of a full summer of water heating. And we are not talking just heating a couple square miles of surface water, we are talking heating on the order of thousands of square miles. As the sun beats down on the tropical waters it dumping an average of 100 watts of energy per square foot per day (assuming the day is 12 hours long exactly).

There are 27,878,400 square feet to a square mile, thus 2,787,840,000 watts per square mile, per day. Or 2,787 Megawatts per day.

The US alone generates on the order of 3,816,000,000 MWh/year (mega a million).

We are talking on the order of ten thousand square miles of heat energy being dumped in the Atlantic per day, which is 27,870,000 Megawatts. In one day. (12 hours).

Taking just half a year (summer), we are talking 5,016,600,000 megawatts of power to generate a hurricane.

This is nearly twice the total US power generating capacity. And that is on a very small chunk of earth.

Take it up a notch and include the whole earth (Weather is a produce of global patterns) and the energy needed to make storms and weather is off the charts - I'm not going to bother with doing the maths.

The best we can do at this time is cool a weather front with cloud seeding. Reduce the force of a hurricane by maybe one category, and that is if we get the seeding right. More often than not we do a bit of seeding and it does nothing to take the punch out of the hurricane.

There is a group of physicists who have designated orders of energy production and manipulation to determine a civilizations 'level' of progress. We on earth are currently at Zero.

Level one is the ability to generate and effectively manipulate the energies needed to change weather (really change it, not cause a rain, or cool a hurricane slightly).

Since we started using energy (steam Age) we have been on a steady, predictable course on how much energy we can produce and how much of that energy we can manipulate.

At the current trends, assuming no new 'super' energy source is found, between 2050 and 2100 we will reach the level to be a stage one civilization, in that we will be able to generate and manipulate those energies required to influence weather. Really influence weather.
