If America never actually had him as president because he was ineligible as a foreigner, well think about that for a bit ... ... instead of four more years, it would be no more years? It would be no more years if Rmoney was elected anyway (which he probably won't be because American's aren't ready to be governed by corporate America again so soon). The thing is that no matter what the consequence, it has zero impact on the past, present, or future. He was president, he served his term, he had to deal with cleaning up Cheney's shit. Whether he was born in Kenya or not changes nothing this late in the game, so people need to give it a rest. |

Health Care, NDAA, the Stimulus, everything. It would be the equivalent of torpedoing TPTB's battleship with a nuke, not one of those puny ones either, we're talking Tsar Bomba on steroids. Of course should this happen the media will try to spin it so fast and you will have MASSSIVE social unrest. People who put their hops and dreams in Obama's change will be devastated to the point where they will still support him if only because they can't accept the new reality. People who were against him would likely get to the point of wanting to violently throw him out pretty quickly, setting the stage for clashes which would be in every major city. You'd also have international washback. Confidence in the American economic system would crash, due to the fact that you just had four years of legislation come up for repeal if anyone just files for it. There'd also be the question of confidence in our government being able to remain the voice of the people instead of the voice of interests, but that likely would just add into the problems of economics. In short, I'd say Economic Crash at least in North America with any range of feedback around the world, political neutering on the global stage at least until the next election, and potentially a social unrest that could be called a low-grade civil war. Probably the next election would go straight republican with democrat labels being treated as a form of leprosy. |

Let's say someone was fradulently pretending to be a doctor and dispensing, and got caught. Does this mean that he should just go on being a doctor because he'd gotten away with the fraudulent act for awhile? Not in the real world, he wouldn't. Fraud is fraud. Sealed records or no, Obama knows where he was born presumably. If it was Kenya then he also knows he's a fraud. If he eventually gets caught, I don't think anyone is going to say well he was the president so it's okay. Oh right America's been punked? I don't think a whole lot of people will be laughing at that point, if it happens. |

I don't think a whole lot of people will be laughing at that point, if it happens. That's not what fraud is. The president cannot be charged for fraud because this isn't fraud. Even if it was, you would have to prove that all 5 aspects of fraud are met, which you won't, because you're not dealing with contractual law. The worst thing that will happen is that he will be found guilty of perjury. Although perjury carries a 5-10 year sentence per charge, being found guilty of perjury will most likely lead to impeachment in exchange for immunity. It's how it goes. So no, it's not at all like comparing it to a civilian pretending to be a doctor. Which brings me back to me point. Even if he does come out, it changes nothing and the impact of the choice will be moot. It will be media fodder for a bit and an asterisk will be placed next to his presidential term (similar to Mark McGuire's baseball career) but that's it. You accomplish nothing by him revealing he was born elsewhere, if that was even true. |

The only way to question any other actions he has made is if you can prove that he served in office while not in sound body and mind. You can't say his Obamacare plan is invalid because he isn't American. That can't be upheld in a court of law, just as you can't accuse someone of robbing your house because he is black. So yeah, nice fantasy, but it's just that, a fantasy. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 18443068 doesn't having one usa parent confer natural born citizenship? real question, not a taunt i have been wondering about this No, the rules at the time of Barry's birth did not give him automatic citizen if he was born in a foreign land, to an 18-year-old mother. If he was born in Kenya, and his mother didn't naturalize him to give him US citizenship, then he would be an Illegal Alien. |

Mitt Romney says vote for him because of his business experience but won't give any details about Bain. we did find out that he was using Bain as a "Blocker" meaning a tax dodge but you don't care about details when it comes to the man from Kolob, you're still stuck in 2007 with birther bullshit.
