How about you turn off the engine. I'm sure it can be done.  Turn off your engine? Bad idea, no steering and the wheel will lock. It may stop accelerating but you still have momentum that you need to control. Wrong. No POWER steering, maybe, and you don't turn the key to "lock"- only to "off". Bingo!!!!! Obviously this woman is looking for some attention. And she needs some. Like with a boot up her ass from the cop.
