Quoting: Anonymous Coward 19490298 Not true from my experience, quiet a few Russian ppl living here in Ireland , and unless they all use sunbeds they almost tanned compared to any Irish person that lives in this country Irish people should not attempt to tan. I tried it as a new immigrant to California, loved the beaches, but ended up with black blisters on my abdomen and forehead. If we go to a tanning salon, they let everyone else go longer than me. The limit is 15 mins. Just better be content that the freckles eventually get close enough together to mimic a tan.
