There is a perfectly rational argument for God, and that is that science has shown us that Life, and the perfect conditions for life in your universe could not possibly have come together by chance.

We can logically infer that it was designed.

Unless you subscribe to the Church of Naturalism which preaches daily that there is no God, without a shred of rational argument to back it up.

Well only humans as far as we know have had intellect. So it was something that was given to us. The closest species to us are monkeys with 99% DNA being the same.. what is that 1% difference? Intellect right?

Atheists don't necessarily know for certain there isn't something that created everything. However there is most certainly no physical evidence for such entity and thus no reason to assume it has to be there either.

We just don't accept your definition of God as exactly described in the Bible nor Thor from Scandinavian myths nor Vishna from Hinduism.

In essence I find that religious people just claim to know things for certain without any substantial evidence to back their claims up.

Also the arguments you provide in no way provide evidence for the specific god you are revering hence is utterly useless in this discussion.
