Not withstanding things like holograms or the paranormal, it almost seems like they planes have advanced capabilities like invisibility cloaking once they have finished their spray. But why cloak after the spray? Why not cloak during the spray? Since that is where the crime if any is being committed. And you would want to be seen by other aircraft to prevent crashes. The spray would be seen so whether the plane was cloaking during the spray a trail would exist that shows something is there. But after the spray, and after the cloak if it is a cloak you would see nothing. Perhaps it would still show on radar, perhaps it wouldn't. But you can definitely see enough detail in that it appears to be a jet plane. As far as the illumination of the plane that could just be part of the technology for the invisibility cloak which has not been switched on yet. But if it isn't a hologram or paranormal then why cloak after the spray trail has stopped?
