In the name of peace, when this stalker is found, he should be pulled to death by hot tongs over a few hours in the public square, live on television, and left in a pile of smoldering chunks of flesh to rot in the sun.
I mean that part about peace.
If this was done, the number of stalkers would be dramatically reduced.
That, to me, is called peace.
And the death by tongs? That's called speaking the language stalkers understand.
What - are you against clear communication?
