This is one question the evolutionists can't seem to answer. Btw, i'm not a religious person. How could a cell that doesn't know it exists possibly envision black and white stripes? How would it 'know' at which cell black ends and white starts? How would it keep the lines straight? Besides, the stripes are really for man's enjoyment of creation, camouflage would be earth/grass tones. You've ignored my answer that the Zebra's stripes evolved to confuse a particular pest, camouflage yes but of a different design and purpose than you are imagining it. If the world was created for a bunch of Middle Easterners, how come so few of these creatures made purely so man can enjoy nature were put in the ME? Tongue in cheek question as your original statement that everything was put here for your pleasure shows your hedonism and narcissism, both prevalent in religion, but also states that you consider some rather vile pests, poisonous creatures and diseases something for us to admire and take pleasure in. You're one messed up dude. Oh get real. Now explain how cells think about their survival in the wild, and design camouflage. Black, white, black, white.... explain how they know when and how to change the pigment chemistry. I mean... really. |

People have explained how it works to you several times, you just don't want to listen. You won't hear. Also how do you know that evolution isn't part of some creators plan? Is your faith so weak that a thing like evolution is totally shattering your world-view? How do you know it is not part of this creators plan? Evidence of evolution is everywhere. Why do you think they have to come up with a new flu shot every year? Just because evolution is real doesn't disprove the existence of God. So what is the problem? |

Dude.. the cells don't think. Randomly one Zebra was born striped through a genetic mutation. The ones with stripes thrived, the ones without died out. Through millions of years these stripes have become more defined as the organism evolves and natural selection does it's part to remove the camouflaged animals that are easy prey. Random mutations happen all the time and are usually not beneficial E.G. Cancer Very rarely is a mutation beneficial, and when it is that animal thrives and thus natural selection continues. What are you not understanding here? |
