ISAAC: Now a Hurricane

National Hurricane Center has finally seceeded, Isaac is stalled. [ link to www.fox8live.com] according to meteorologists here, this storm isn't going to move any time soon because it is blocked by a strong high that is draped across the US. You can see the high, the long dark band above the coastal states. [ link to weather.msfc.nasa.gov] ---- What would happen? Will it burn itself out or turn into an enormous storm? If the eye has closed and the storm has access to warm water it would normally keep going, I don't know about this storm though it's been weird.
