Grocery store price for Yoplait yogurt. 6 OZ..

.50 at Walmart.

I had not purchased yoplait in a long time, and I was shocked to see it priced at .70 at my local grocer. He had a bunch of it marked down to .30 each since it was nearing the exp date. I got a bunch of it. It's fine for quite awhile after the date.

Don't eat that crap. It contains HFCS.

HFCS?..High Fructose Corn Syrup? The Blueberry yoplait I got does not have it listed. I usually don't buy any HFCS..and when I do eat a Yoplait it's right before I exercise.

Get some real yogurt, try some of the organic greek yogart...you will enjoy it alot more than that fructose filled crap.

I am eating strawberry and banana. It does not have HFCS listed in the ingredients.

Label always checked to make sure no crud is in it.

It's just that.... in terms of real yogurt... it's processed bullshit.

Get some plain yogurt, some fresh fruit, a food processor to make a slurry of that fruit for mixing, as well as cutting some larger pieces, and some honey.

I doubt once you do that, prepare your own, that you'll go back to that CorporaCrap masquerading as yogurt.

No problem. I know the major brands will be short in the nutrition dept. We have a yougurt maker around here somewhere. We hardly ever go out to eat, almost never eat at fast food. Yoplait is a sinful indulgence..
