It's in a better format at the above link than at the original place I found it, which changed recently.

Silica supplements from horsetail extract have gotten very expensive. I found bamboo extract at Swanson Vitamins and have been taking that for a while now. It's a very concentrated source of silica, much more potent than the horsetail ones, seems like a better option.

I have tried several different forms of magnesium, first taurate, then glycinate, now I am using liquid magnesium chloride, I add it to protein shakes in the morning, or you could easily stir it into juice or anything flavored, even Emergen-C.

I get the liquid from Swanson's, Vitacost has it too.

I am not sure about the magnesium chloride flakes, they are very cheap, people use them to mix a topical application but I don't know about taking it internally. I should probably find out because that would be so inexpensive.

I just saw that your great Borax article and my fave Magnesium Chloride article are by the same guy, Walter Last.
Not only good information, but presented so well on such a clean page without a lot of distracting junk.

I will have to make a point to check out all his other articles now that I see the quality of these two together.

yes, have added a multi-supplement
and also added non-aluminum Baking Soda
to counter-act the fluoride

Baking soda, lemon juice, vinegar and salt are all used for cleaning and we ingest those.

Give the borax a try.

Did I say I thought there was a Borax shortage? Did I say I couldn't find it? No. I said that a large retailer stopped carrying it and the employee restocking the cleaning aisle- though in her late forties- had no idea what Borax even is and that's sad when not long ago it was a standard household name and could be found in any grocery or hardware store big or small.
It's not a conspiracy, they just don't make enough money off of Borax to carry it even though it is a great product.

I use baking soda rather than a deodorant. It takes a little trial and error to discover how much works for you. I put it on a wet wash cloth to apply to my under arms. It doesn't take much (about a half tea spoon for me), and too much can cause itching, or a rash. It is also good for cleaning your hair every day, without hash chemicals.

I just went to the health food store for some

Started drinking it shortly after the original post.

I had very painful arthritis in my big toe joint from a sports injury and it has almost completely disappeared. In addition, I developed a ganglion cyst on the top of my foot, a common side effect from the arthritis, and it is almost gone.

I've been putting Borax and baking soda in my bathwater to soften the water. I didn't know that I was doing something good for myself, but athritis varies day by day. I've recently been drinking some black cherry juice which helps.
