I have done some research on borax, and this seams to be legit. I have a doctor that is open to alternative cures looking into it deeper. From the article, it sounds like a boron suppliment would work, except it doesn't have the antiviral or antifungal properties. If you are just trying to cure arthritis or osteoporosis, the boron should work just as well. I will be trying this. If I had known I would live this long, I would have taken better care of my body. Now arthritis is becoming a concern. Every injury from the last half century is coming back to haunt me. This could be exactly what I have been looking for.

Start taking baking soda to get yourself alkaline. You are too acid and your body is leaching the calcium from your bones to try to get you more alkaline. Vegetables will help with alkalinity but most of us don't eat enough and are just under too much stress for them to keep us alkaline.

Take 1/2 teaspoon in water in the morning and the evening. At least 30 minutes after or before eating. This should help with your arthritis so your bones can start repairing themselves. You can take this three times a day if you like for at least a week or so and then go down to twice a day. You can also buy urine test strips to test the alkalinity of your urine. It should be between a 7 and 8. Anyway, twice a day should be fine and works for most people.

I already take baking soda, although not as regularly as I should. I also take coral calcium and magnesium. This with borax should help my joints and bones, I think. I'm sure my body is not acidic with all that, but I'm thinking borax might make the whole package work.
